Myths about hybrid cars

Because hybrid cars are a concept considered new on the market, people get a lot of false opinions and believe all myths that concern these vehicles to be true. 

1. The price of a hybrid car is very high. A hybrid car doesn’t cost that much if you take in consideration the amount of money you save on gas. It could be called a very good investment. The idea is simple; a water powered hybrid car will be very efficient on long term if you worry about your money. Also, when people will start buying hybrid cars, their price will become low so there will be no financial differences between traditional cars and hybrid cars.
2. Hybrid cars are a new invention. Actually this is a very false theory. Water powered engines exist for a very long time; their problem was the lack of propaganda.  Let’s take for example the steam engines, or the first engines that used gas power and electric power- they were produced around the year 1900.
3. The only advantage is saving money. Another false opinion which poisoned the minds of many people when hybrid cars were produced. Of course you save money on gas, but that’s not the only reason people buy hybrid cars. Another important aspect is that they are more efficient and will help the environment. A hybrid water powered car will consume gas, of course, but the emissions will be much lower when comparing it with a traditional car.
4. Water powered cars are a big lie. Well actually anybody can have a water powered car. Although it needs gas too, it is a very productive investment. And you don’t need to be a millionaire, anybody can do it.
5. Hybrid cars have lower performances. The first models had lower performances but technology changed. Emission free cars which work solely on one power source may have lower performance, but the hybrid car has become a hybrid in order to have a better performance. Actually hybrid engines last longer than gas powered engines.
6. Hybrid car technology is not well researched. Although scientists work on a car which will obtain power only from hydrogen, the hybrid car has been well researched for a long time. If the technology is poor, why do car companies sell hybrid cars? Yes, we have a big amount researching to do, we will reach a point when hydrogen or other elements will be used to power cars, but the hybrid technology is a safe alternative for today.
7. It is unsafe to drive a hybrid car. Actually hybrid cars are safer. Safer for the environment. Also, there is no risk of explosion when using a water-gas powered car. A general opinion concerning water powered engines, which transform water in hydrogen and oxygen, has been formed: people believe that this process is the same in hydrogen bombs. But if you use simple logic you will realize that it is impossible for an engine to create the same amount of energy as a bomb.

These are some of the many myths concerning hybrid cars. If people would open their eyes and analyze some aspects logically, many of these myths would be forgotten.
